Restorative Yoga with Reiki Massage
Let go of physical and mental stresses through intentional Reiki healing energies and the physical benefits of a relaxing massage.
Reiki has the capabilities of relaxing the body, releasing suppressed energies and clearing the mind of negative or clouded thoughts. Reiki with touch has a stronger transfer of energy.
Receive 25-30 minutes of Reiki massage in this 2 1/2 hour restorative yoga practice focused on calming the mind and body.
Please bring a towel and some water. Please wear appropriate clothing for a massage: sports bra/t-shirt and shorts.

- engage the children using props, stories, and music in both French and English to get everyone involved
- provide aerobic activity and stretching to meet DPA / APQ and some curriculum expectations
- introduce simple breathing tools and mindfulness techniques to calm children

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga Workshop
Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures that are supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets while the mind is invited to slow down. The result is a state of relaxation much deeper than traditional sleep. (Postures are held up to 25 minutes each).
Enjoy this relaxing journey as heated basalt stones are gently placed on the body. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into the muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop
Daniele Dagenais is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor.
Research suggests that prenatal yoga can:
• Improve sleep
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
• Decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, headaches and shortness of breath
Prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.
Each week we will focus on breathing, gentle stretching, asana or poses with modifications per trimester, finishing with a cool down and relaxation.
Each class is an hour long.

Mommy & Toddler Yoga
Mommy & Toddler yoga is a great way to introduce your little one to yoga and reconnect with your body as you are guided through asana to strengthen, tone and nurture your body, mind and soul. We gently invite your little one(s) to join in and participate. Your toddler is welcome to come and be who they are, even if that doesn’t look like our practice. Children learn through modelling and play, and over time, you may find your toddler engaged in what we are offering and exposing them to; meditation, breath work, asana, music, and most of all love and light!
This is an all levels class. No prior yoga experience needed.

Mommy & Baby Yoga
Mommy & Baby Yoga is a gentle yoga practice designed for you and your new baby. The class includes gentle flows and stretching, deep breathing, and moving with your baby! Postnatal yoga helps to rebuild core strength, tone back and pelvic muscles, and release tension in the shoulders, chest and hips. Mommy & Baby Yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your new baby and to meet other mom’s in the community (Dads and caregivers welcome too!).
Babies can get fussy during class — our classes are very casual and you can feel free to nurse and tend to your baby at any time! Bring a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No prior yoga experience necessary. If you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor.

Restorative Yoga with Indian Head Massage
During this 2 hour workshop you enjoy deep relaxation and Restorative Yoga postures along with a 15 minute Indian Head Massage Treatment! Relaxation, muscle tension release and stress relief all in one! You will leave feeling absolutely amazing!
Restorative Yoga is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. This practice focuses on physical and mental relaxation through poses aided by props. The props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to bring the overtaxed nervous system into a space of balance and harmony, and open the body and mind to self-healing.
Indian Head Massage is an ancient treatment based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. It helps to reduce stress, fatigue, insomnia, eyestrain, tension headaches, aching shoulders and tight neck while increasing mental clarity and relaxation.
