Hot Stone Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restorative Yoga is a deeply soothing inward form of yoga where the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures that are supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets while the mind is invited to slow down. The result is a state of relaxation much deeper than traditional sleep. (Postures are held up to 25 minutes each).
Enjoy this relaxing journey as heated basalt stones are gently placed on the body. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into the muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury.

Mommy & Toddler Yoga

Mommy & Toddler yoga is a great way to introduce your little one to yoga and reconnect with your body as you are guided through asana to strengthen, tone and nurture your body, mind and soul. We gently invite your little one(s) to join in and participate. Your toddler is welcome to come and be who they are, even if that doesn’t look like our practice. Children learn through modelling and play, and over time, you may find your toddler engaged in what we are offering and exposing them to; meditation, breath work, asana, music, and most of all love and light!

This is an all levels class. No prior yoga experience needed.

You’re So Coregeous!

The muscles of your core are what help to balance and stabilize you every day. Weak core muscles are often a root cause associated with back pain and hip issues.

Join Jenn Stanley for this 75 minute workshop using a Coregeous® Ball to get into the deep core muscles that are often overlooked. You may even find muscles you didn’t know you had!

The Coregeous® Ball is an inflatable air-filled soft-stretchy ball that allows you to activate and engage all your core muscles. This special tool allows you to gently and safely access the innermost muscles of your core body (it’s more than just abs!)

Space is limited to 10 participants, so preregistration is required. Balls will be available to borrow, or you can purchase your own to take home for $20 cash at the workshop.

Date: Saturday, February 22nd

Time: 2-3:15pm

Investment: $25.00 plus HST
