From a young age, I was fascinated by special abilities demonstrated by ancient monks, ninjas, and anyone that had magical properties described in movies and fairytales. I became curious to know what humans are capable of.
After obtaining a second-degree black belt in the Korean martial art HapKiDo and graduating from a 200-hour yoga teacher training, I knew that I belonged in the world of health and wellness.
Certification at the C.H.E.K. Institute as a holistic lifestyle coach in 2014. I was taught healing techniques from pendulum dowsing and basic reiki principles.
I fell in love with the profound physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual effect energy healing had to offer for my clients. This led me to obtain my first and second Usui reiki attunement in 2016.
The journey has not disappointed! I am filled with excitement as there’s still so much more to learn as my skill and knowledge grows.
