Late Notice/No Show Policy

Out of respect for clients and practitioners, we ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged.

This allows other clients the opportunity to book in your place while showing consideration for the therapist’s time. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full fee of the appointment. Additionally, we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or you will be charged half the appointment fee.  If we are given enough notice and we are able to fill the appointment spot with another patient, your fee will be waived.

Chronic late cancellations will be charged the full appointment fee and are at the discretion of the clinic.

Arriving Late for an Appointment 

When booking an appointment at Evolve we reserve that time slot and treatment room for you. Out of respect and courtesy to other clients, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early before your scheduled appointment.

Please be advised that a late arrival time means that your treatment time will be reduced and full payment of your original scheduled appointment is required.

**ALL clients are required to give a credit card to reserve their appointment slot at the time of booking. By booking an appointment and putting your credit card on file, you agree to our Late Notice/No Show Policy. This also helps with a faster checkout…thank you for your understanding in this matter.
